The CSA Mental Health Initiative is funded by the ACMHI (Alberta Campus Mental Health Initiative) grant, a province-wide initiative for mental health promotion and stigma reduction. This year the CSA has joined in on the "Wellness Wednesday" campaign. Wellness Wednesdays give students the opportunity to participate in physical and mental wellness activities every Wednesday on the Concordia campus. Activities include, yoga classes, massage sessions, healthy eating events, puppy days, wellness fairs, paint nights, and so much more. Students also have the opportunity to win prizes every Wednesday by simply wearing the national mental health colour GREEN.

Rachel is the CSA's Mental Health Coordinator.
She helps the CSA get external funding for Wellness Wednesday programs, manages a Peer Support Team here on campus and helps to organize effective wellness activities.
